Mục tiêu giáo dục:

Nuôi dưỡng học sinh biết "lắng nghe, học hỏi lẫn nhau và đồng cảm với nhau".

Phương châm của trường:

Tự lập, trung thực và kiên trì.

1. Hình mẫu học sinh lý tưởng

Tự lập: Học sinh biết suy nghĩ độc lập và không bỏ cuộc trong học tập.

Chung sống: Học sinh tôn trọng sự sống, trân trọng lòng tốt và sự cảm thông.

Sức khỏe: Học sinh sống khỏe mạnh cả về thể chất lẫn tinh thần.

2. Hình mẫu giáo viên lý tưởng

Giáo viên luôn đồng hành cùng học sinh, cùng phát triển và không ngừng rèn luyện bản thân.

Giáo viên có năng lực thực tiễn, hành động tích cực và nhận thức sâu sắc về quyền con người.

Giáo viên truyền đạt suy nghĩ rõ ràng, kết hợp sự dịu dàng và nghiêm khắc.

3. Các hoạt động cơ bản

Mục tiêu trọng tâm 1: Nâng cao hơn nữa các tiết học tạo vòng tuần hoàn giữa tiếp nhận (input) và thể hiện (output)

(1) Nâng cao năng lực giảng dạy thông qua các buổi tập huấn chất lượng

(2) Đẩy mạnh hoạt động "học tập tích hợp"

(3) Cải thiện thể lực học sinh

(4) Nâng cao động lực và năng lực học tập của học sinh (phát triển kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, ngôn ngữ và sử dụng thông tin)

(1) Củng cố tư vấn giáo dục và hỗ trợ đặc biệt với sự tham gia của toàn bộ giáo viên
